Website & API Terms of Use

1. General. These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) are governed by and incorporate by reference the general Spur Terms and Conditions (https://spur.us/terms/) and Privacy Policy (https://spur.us/privacy/), both with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined in these Terms of Use will have the meanings set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

2. Agreement. By using the Spur Website and or the Context API, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and those terms referenced herein, which we may amend from time to time. If you do not accept or agree with these Terms of Use, you are prohibited from any further use of the Spur Website.

3. Licenses.

1. Free License. Any free license to access Spur Offerings, including the Spur Website, cannot be shared or transferred to any other organization or individual (even within your organization). Any Data you access or obtain through a free license is for your evaluation purposes only; you are prohibited from selling, distributing, sharing, or otherwise providing Data from or access to any Spur Offerings under such license to any other organization or individual.
2. Context API License. Access to Spur’s Context API is only valid for the individual or the organization that registered for a Context API license. Such licenses cannot be shared or transferred to any other organization or individual. Any Data you access or obtain under a Context API license is for non-commercial use only; you are prohibited from selling, distributing, sharing, or otherwise providing Data from or access to Spur’s Context API under such license to any other organization or individual.

4. Termination. Spur reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Spur Website and/or the Context API at any time and for any reason or no reason. If such termination is the result of your breach of these Terms of Use, Spur will not be obligated to refund any prepaid fees. You are required to delete all Data upon expiration or termination of a license.
